BrokerBridge is an informational and organizational tool for your own personal use. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and nothing it displays — including holdings, gains/losses, performance charts, benchmarks, “what-if” figures, insights, or any optional AI-generated research briefing — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or to take any financial action. We are not a financial adviser, broker, dealer or tax professional. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4.2 What the App does not do

BrokerBridge is a read-only, offline organizer of statements you provide. It does not: - execute, place, cancel or modify any trade or order, or move money in any way; - connect to, log in to, or link with any brokerage account or live brokerage/banking API, and it never asks for or stores your broker credentials; - generate buy/sell/hold signals, alerts or recommendations, or perform any automated or algorithmic trading; or - act as a broker, dealer, adviser, or portfolio manager. The App only reads and organizes information from files you import. Any action on your actual investments is taken by you, directly with your broker, entirely outside the App.

4.3 Accuracy is not guaranteed — verify against official documents

The App extracts and calculates figures from the files you provide, using automated importers and, optionally, AI. Extraction and calculations may contain errors, omissions or misclassifications. The App is not a substitute for your official brokerage statements or tax documents. You are responsible for verifying all figures against your official statements, and you should not rely on the App for tax filing — use the official documents issued by your brokers and follow guidance from the Canada Revenue Agency or your tax professional.

4.4 Market data

Market prices and exchange rates are obtained from third-party sources (Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. They are provided for general informational purposes only and must not be relied on for trading or time-sensitive decisions.

4.5 AI-generated content

Optional AI features (statement extraction and research briefings) can produce incorrect or incomplete results (“hallucinations”). Treat AI output as a draft to be checked, never as fact, and never as advice.

4.6 No affiliation with brokers

BrokerBridge and YBM Labs are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Interactive Brokers, Wealthsimple, TD Direct Investing, or any other brokerage, financial institution or data provider. All company names, brand names, logos and trademarks (including broker names and ticker symbols) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the statements the App can read and the securities it can display.

4.7 Your responsibility

You use the App and its output at your own risk and are solely responsible for your financial decisions and for keeping backups of your data.
